Consecration of the choir organ in St Michael's, Munich

On the Sunday after Easter, 7 April 2024, the new choir organ was inaugurated in the Jesuit Church of St. Michael in Munich city centre. During the dedication service, St Michael's organist Peter Kofler played the organ for the first time, with the choir and the St Michael's Chamber Choir singing under the direction of Dr Frank Höndgen.

In the afternoon, Olivier Latry presented the numerous tonal facets of the new organ in a fascinating concert - also in combination with the main organ.
